This is the last week of my internship with the Midwest Museum of Natural History. I'm really sad to leave this place. I have had an amazing time working with the people and the collection. I've had such a great experience and have learned a lot about shooting collections from my own trial and error, and also a bit more about museums in general. This has been my first experience working in a natural history museum and I really do hope to find more work similar to this in my coming future. Being surrounded by such beautiful and mysterious objects is truly inspiring.
I am unsure where my path is leading me at this point in time. This weekend I will be moving back to more familiar territory, eastern PA. I'm excited to be closer to family and amazing terrain, although I am a little hesitant, but my outlook is gaining positivity. I really don't know where my life will be even next week. Bring on the adventure.
